on a trek through Thailand and Nepal, Bishop Murray Fink was introduced by local guides to a practice of gentle stretching and quiet prayer also known as Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion). integrating body and spirit in a gentle practice led to increased vitality and joy. on his return, Bishop Fink shared this practice with others. Rev. Serena Sellers has practiced Stretch and Pray with Bishop Fink, and has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Pastor Serena will lead a weekly session of Stretch and Pray at 7 am at the moondog yoga studio in quakertown.
while this weekly session will be free of charge, a free-will offering will be forwarded to the quakertown food pantry.

slowing down allows us to focus more and see things in a different way (posture). this flow is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
yin yoga
This practice helps you balance the busy-ness of daily life. Yin involves variations of seated and supine poses held for several minutes. This holding reaches the deep layers of our connective tissue along with the muscles, creating greater flexibility and mobility throughout the body.
yoga plain & simple
yoga plain & simple is just that: basic Hatha yoga, suitable for all levels. focus will be on coordination of movement and breath, and proper alignment. this class is great for those new to yoga, as well as more experienced practitioners.

our early bird all levels class is designed with your busy life in mind. we've scheduled it so that you can use yoga to help transition from your busy work day to the evening. work to yoga to home--you're done! and home in time for dinner!

looking to slow it down? this class is for you: a slow, gentle practice for beginners, prenatal, postnatal, and those recovering from illness or injury.

join Michelle for a combination of gentle, yin, and restorative yoga. this class is suitable for all levels, even those new to yoga. poses may be held longer, to stretch your connective tissue, as well as gently stretching your muscles, and all poses will renew, restore, and relax your body and mind.
restorative yoga
