Private Yoga Classes

Planning a party, bridal shower or other celebration? Looking for a special way to spend time with friends? Celebrate with Moondog!

It’s easy. You choose the class style (restorative, aerial, hot, partner), bring your friends and refreshments, and we’ll do the rest.

Pricing: $25 per attendee, minimum 7 attendees

Optional 15 minute massage with your event: $10 per attendee

No fuss. We provide the paper products and glassware, set up, and clean up. What a great way to spend quality time with your friends, calmly and casually.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve a class.

Private group reiki

A Group Reiki Healing Experience with Wren is meant to support you, and your well-being. With the world so full of uncertainty, stress, and fear, many of us might be feeling the weight of the collective energy, in addition to our own challenges and stresses of day-to-day life. Group Reiki is an opportunity to enter into sacred space, and receive some healing and restorative Reiki energy.

These 60/90min sessions are perfect for anyone who would like to experience energy healing and mindfulness in a budget conscious way. Many have felt like they are being held in a gentle healing energy, stagnant energy clearing away, and/or see light and experience subtle sensations in their body.

Each session will begin with a short meditation, and then each person will receive a mini Reiki energy healing treatment. You can think of this as an energetic "tune-up".

Because it’s in a group setting, there isn’t much time to individually assess any imbalances that you may be experiencing at the current time and what’s driving it (which is typically done in a private session). However, if you know what’s going on, feel free to mention it to me at the start of the class so that I can concentrate your mini Reiki treatment in the respective areas.

Class size is limited to 5 participants.

Let us help plan your child’s birthday party! We will provide a truly unique and fun-filled event. Choose a theme and we will do the rest!

Ages 1-4/Family Yoga Party Package (Parents/caregivers attend and participate with their child - required)

Includes 1.5 hours in the studio, a 45 minute Mom/Dad/Me yoga class, and plenty of time for cake and gifts. We take care of setting up, running the party, and cleaning up so that you can enjoy yourself! Birthday candles, matches, and cake server are provided. Parents supply food/cake, drinks, and paper goods. $150 for up to 10 parent/child pairs; $10 each additional pair. Yoga Mat favors provided for an additional $5 per child.

Possible themes include: Story Time & Yoga, Musical Yoga, Under the Sea, A Day at the Zoo, Bugs & Butterflies, Teddy Bear Friends

Teen Yoga Party Package

Your child's party includes 2 hours in the yoga studio, a 1 hour yoga class and a themed project with plenty of time for cake and gifts. We take care of setting up, running the party, and cleaning up so that you can relax! Project/craft supplies, birthday candles, matches and cake server are provided. Parents supply food/cake, drinks and paper goods. $200 for up to 10 teens; $10 each additional guest. Yoga Mat favors provided for an additional $5 per child.

Ages 5-12 Yoga Party Package

Your child's party includes 2 hours in the yoga studio, a 45 minute yoga class, a themed craft project, and plenty of time for cake and gifts. We take care of setting up, running the party, and cleaning up so that you can enjoy yourself! Craft supplies, birthday candles, matches and cake server are provided. Parents supply food/cake, drinks, and paper goods. $175 for up to 10 children; $10 each additional guest. Yoga Mat favors provided for an additional $5 per child.

Private Aerial Yoga Class (ages 14 and up)

A private aerial class is a fun way to “hang out” with your friends!

In this workshop style class, you and your friends will familiarize yourselves with a hammock and  feeling weightless in air and upside down!  To meet the needs of students of all levels, the class will cover the 4 fundamental poses in aerial yoga; poses on which all other poses are based. Lastly, and most definitely not the least...savasana in a hammock...ahhhh....

For your comfort and to preserve our aerial silks we ask that you wear a shirt with cap sleeves and minimal jewelry. 

$20 per person, with a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 10. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a class.
