OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

  • we only charge you a “late cancellation” fee (the drop in rate for monthly members, or one class off of your class pack) if you do not show or cancel less than four hours before a pre-registered class that has a waitlist. it just doesn’t make sense to charge a late fee for a pre-registered class that isn’t full.

  • refunds for studio workshops, trainings, retreats, and prepaid appointments will be issued with at least a 7 day notice minus a 15% administration fee. less than 7 days notice, studio credit will be given minus a 15% administration fee.  no refunds or credits will be given for less then 48 hours notice. 

  • class packs and drop ins are good for one year from date of purchase. there are no refunds for these services but they may be shared.

  • gift cards retain their face value for one year after purchase. after a year, the value decreases by 10% for each year.

  • unlimited membership: when you enroll in auto-pay, you agree to an unlimited membership billed monthly with a minimum 6-month agreement. a 30-day written notice is required to suspend or cancel your auto-renewal. if you cancel before 6 months, cancellation fees will be incurred, consisting of a $20 administrative fee and an additional $10 for each month you enjoyed the discounted rate.

  • expired packs: our class packs are good for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you have remaining credits when a pack expires we will credit them to your account upon the purchase of a new pack.

 

return and refund policy for online store

 1. statement

you acknowledge and agree that goods purchased are custom-made goods, they are produced specifically for you once you place an order. we do not hold stock and would not, but for your order, have produced the goods. other than where goods are faulty, you have no right to return any goods if the items are not damaged/defective, all orders are final. nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

we offer a generous return and refund policy, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

2. unacceptable returns, exchanges and refund requests

  • non-obvious color difference – the final products may have color difference with mockup, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

  • wrong shipping address –  we do not refund/exchange/re-ship for the order if the shipping address is incorrect.

  • the size doesn’t fit – we do not refund/exchange/accept returns if the size doesn’t fit, you need to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

3. acceptable returns, exchanges and refund requests

  • packages lost in transit – the claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • misprinted/damaged/defective items – items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

  • wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order.

 

inclement weather

in the case of inclement weather, it is moondog's policy to follow our school district (quakertown community school district-qcsd). if the schools have a 2-hour delay or are closed, we will be closed for all in person morning classes; a decision about evening classes will be made by 3:30 pm and the schedule will be updated. we will do our best to offer a virtual option if the studio needs to close for in person classes. please check our live schedule before you leave the house. you can also check the website or<a href="https://www.facebook.com/moondogyoga"> facebook</a> page for the most up to date information.
