happy new year!

holiday open house 2024

what a truly wonderful time! It was pure joy sharing the holiday spirit with all of you.

december is always a special month, a time when i'm gently reminded to practice what i teach and find that sweet spot of balance amidst all the festivities. along with the holidays, we celebrate my husband's and youngest son's birthdays, making it an extra special season. moondog is buzzing with activity too, with lots of holiday and solstice offerings. and somewhere in the midst of it all, i am squeezing in my own yoga practice! this year, we added a holiday open house to the mix, which made it even more joyful!

it was absolutely heartwarming to gather as a community and celebrate our shared lives. in my humble opinion, it is truly what the holidays are about: taking a pause at year's end for  cherishing the people who bring warmth and light into our lives.
