restorative yoga

Class includes deep, slow stretching with the use of props. Focuses on relaxation and breathing. All fitness levels, including those new to yoga, are welcome to join this class.

Sundays, January 15th, February 5th, & March 19th 4:30pm-6:00pm                                       Friday, March 24th 6:30pm-8:00pm
