This series is for those who have completed the Beginner Series, and are looking for a little more. We will begin where the Beginner Series left off, exploring other poses that are the heart of an All Levels yoga practice, as well as breath work and relaxation techniques. If you enjoyed the Beginner Series, but want more, try Beginners II!
