learn, grow , change

One of the most extraordinary aspects of our humanity is our capacity to learn, grow, and change.

as we settle back into the fall season, as the activities change, maybe even slow, from summer to winter, what will you do? how do you want to grow? change? learn? how do you want to express the fullness of your humanity?

september 1st is moondog's 12th birthday! it's amazing how moondog has grown and changed. we learned so much about how to best serve you, our students, especially your needs (why you practice yoga, why you stop and how you come back) and which ways (yoga class, specialty fitness, mediation, relaxation, to name a few) you practice. as your interests pique to learn more, we grow and change with you.

we opened during a recession, survived a pandemic, and are now navigating an inflationary economy. It's been hard; it's been rewarding; it's been joyful; it's been inspiring; and, yes, it has been easy, too. but always, always, it has been in service to you.

as you ponder how you want to grow, change, and learn in the next several months, let moondog be the example:

if you can imagine it, if you can dream it, you can make it happen!
