something to ponder

it is not what you gather, but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived

i love this☝!

especially this time of year.

to me, spring is the beginning of the new year. it's the natural cycle of renewal which occurs during this season. the earth wakes up. days become longer, and signs of life, such as blooming flowers, budding trees, and returning animals, emerge, signifying a resurgence of vitality. birds sing, gather, and nest. the rivers, streams, and brooks begin moving; no longer is there the slow, dull inertia of winter.

spring, summer, fall are our most active, energetic seasons. we plant, we bloom, we harvest. we tend to do more: vacations, long weekends, visits to friends. there's a sense of bustling energy and productivity during these seasons. things are blooming, waking up, opening up, popping.  the joy, hope, that this time of year brings is lighter, cleaner, crisper.

it's a time ask ourselves--what do we want to keep, or keeping doing that is helpful? what isn't helpful? what things, habits, thoughts, can i remove which will make way for more helpful objects, ideas, thoughts, or habits?

spring is a time of renewal, growth, and introspection, inviting you to embrace the season's inherent sense of optimism and possibility.

after all, you are possible!

light your lamp & you light the world
